Nora Armani’s workshops and coaching sessions are structured around purpose and identity in response to the growing need to move away from the cloning characteristic of the 80's and 90's, and closer to a structure favoring and nurturing individuality within the global corporate community. Despite heavy globalization in the past two decades, the human factor imposed its diversity, its cultural differences and individuality onto the corporate world where vertical mobility gives way to horizontal motion, and outside the box individuality becomes the sought-after currency for an an otherwise ailing corporate economy.
Identity and purpose define judgment and behavior which in turn influence the successful outcome of goal achievement.
Unlike many of her competitors, Nora Armani's communication workshops dig beyond the surface level of relaxation techniques and breathing exercises that are often discarded and forgotten on an average one week after completion of the workshop.
Instead, her unique approach delves into the participant's psyche helping identify the obstacles to his/her success by defining a purpose that embraces their identity. Being aware of and understanding the source of these obstacles, participants are able to eradicate them and build a new set of winning habits through 3 key factors:
Channeling the power of focusing and concentration
Achieving peak performance with a clear definition of purpose
Raising self-esteem, confidence and therefore credibility
